IICRC – Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification is critical to insuring your Water Damage work is performed properly.  That is why Cisco’s Home Restoration trains our employees in an ongoing manner.  There are many certifications that the IICRC overseas but the Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT Certification) is one of the most important.  Cisco’s Home Restoration was fortunate to have Nate Seward of The Academy of Textiles and Flooring http://www.atfinfo.com/ come to our ship and train our crews.  We had three full days of classroom style teaching from Nate Seward.  He was one of the absolute best trainers we have had the pleasure of working with.  His classes were in depth, had lots of technical information, were applicable in our daily work and Nate worked with everyone to insure they understood all the materials covered.  We are pleased that our crews had a high pass ratio and will be having another class coming up soon for Mold Mitigation.

Water Damage is estimated to cost the Insurance Industry in excess of $2.5 Billion annually.  When Water Damage is not treated promptly and properly it can lead to excess insurance claims as well as potential Mold and Structural Damages.  Our certified crews are trained to work to IICRC industry standards.  This alleviates potential unseen damages and excess insurance or out of pocket costs.  When you have Water Damage, Fire Damage, Smoke Damage or Mold you can feel confident Cisco’s Home Restoration will handle your job quickly and efficiently.  We work directly with the Claims Adjuster and Insurance Company to make sure your home or business is restored as good as new as quickly as possible.

We are the only locally owned full-service Mitigation and Restoration company in Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties.  When you have a Water Damage, Fire Damage, Smoke Damage or Mold Damage issue make sure you call a locally owned IICRC certified technician.
